Your trusted global sourcing partner for high-quality textile materials and finished leather goods.
Request a QuoteIn the volatile landscape of textile and leather sourcing, market fluctuations are a constant reality that dictates procurement strategy. As a specialized agency, we monitor two primary indices: ICE Cotton Futures and the Local Spot Market.
ICE Cotton prices reflect global sentiment, weather patterns in major growing regions, and macroeconomic shifts, while the Local Spot Market in Pakistan responds to immediate domestic supply-and-demand constraints and ginning arrivals. Because yarn is a commodity directly tied to these indices, even a minor cent-per-pound shift on the international exchange can cause local spinning mills to revise their rates instantly.
Similarly, in the leather sector, raw hide prices are subject to seasonal spikes—such as during religious festivals or harvest cycles—and are heavily influenced by the global meat industry and tanning demand.
Prices are non-binding, valid for 24 hours only, and subject to reconfirmation at the time of order due to market, raw material, and currency fluctuations.
Quotes for specific fabric constructions (e.g., 20x20/100x50 PC) or raw hide selections are typically valid for only 24 hours.
Confirmation is required to lock in the current rate.
Transparency & Fairness: This policy protects both the buyer and manufacturer from sudden market "shocks," allowing our partners to make informed, rapid decisions that secure production margins against unpredictable price surges.
At Hajveri.com, sampling is the most critical phase of the procurement lifecycle. We distinguish between two primary stages of textile sampling to ensure total transparency before bulk production:
Raw fabric directly from the loom. This sample allows the buyer to verify the basic construction (EPI/PPI), yarn quality, and raw weight before any chemical processing.
The final product after dyeing, printing, or tanning. This sample represents the final hand-feel, shade accuracy, and technical finish (e.g., water repellency or softening).
Once a sample is countersigned and approved by the Client, it ceases to be a mere "reference" and becomes the Legal Master Specification for the entire contract. Any bulk production deviation from this approved sample (beyond industry-standard tolerances) serves as the basis for quality claims. This ensures that the final delivery aligns perfectly with the initial expectations.
Yardage or individual skins for sampling are often provided at a nominal cost or free of charge, depending on the mill's policy. However, customized development (specific dyeing or tanning) will incur a development fee.
In accordance with international agency standards, all dispatch costs for samples are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Clients are requested to provide their DHL, FedEx, or UPS account numbers for freight-collect shipments.
Loom State samples are typically dispatched within 3-5 days, while Finished/Processed samples may require 10-14 days depending on laboratory availability.
At Hajveri.com, we strive for zero-defect sourcing. However, in the event of a discrepancy regarding technical specifications or material quality, we implement a standardized claims protocol to ensure a fair and rapid resolution for both the Buyer and the Manufacturer.
All claims regarding weight (GSM), construction (EPI/PPI), width, or surface defects must be filed within 15 calendar days from the date the container/shipment arrives at the port of destination or the Buyer's warehouse.
Claims submitted after this 15-day window will be considered time-barred and ineligible for mediation or compensation.
Strict Requirement: No claim will be entertained for fabric that has been cut, dyed, printed, or otherwise processed by the Buyer.
Once the material is put into production, it constitutes final acceptance of the quality. We strongly advise performing a thorough QC check on the first 10% of the rolls before beginning any cutting or tanning process.
To initiate a formal inspection review, the Buyer must submit a "Claim Report" via email to the Agency containing:
Note: As your agent, we will facilitate a third-party inspection if necessary. Our goal is to ensure that all valid technical grievances are addressed through replacements, credit notes, or price adjustments as negotiated with the mill.
In the global textile and leather trade, we believe that long-term partnerships are built on trust and professional transparency. Hajveri.com is committed to resolving any disagreements through proactive communication and technical evidence.
In the first instance, all disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with a transaction shall be settled mutually and amicably between the Buyer, the Agency, and the Manufacturer. We prioritize negotiations based on lab reports, inspection data, and industry-standard tolerances to reach a fair settlement or credit adjustment.
If a mutual agreement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the formal claim filing, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved through the Chamber of Commerce in Lahore, Pakistan. Both parties agree that the arbitration proceedings will follow the rules of the Chamber, and the decision rendered therein shall be final and binding upon both parties.
These terms and all underlying commercial agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this contract that cannot be settled via arbitration shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
By confirming a Proforma Invoice or issuing a Purchase Order through Hajveri.com, all parties signify their acceptance of these Dispute Resolution protocols.
Defining the limits of Agency responsibility to ensure fair trade.
The Buyer acknowledges that the manufacturers and tanneries introduced by Hajveri.com are proprietary business contacts of the Agency. The Buyer agrees not to contact, negotiate with, or place orders directly with these suppliers for a period of 24 months from the last introduction or transaction without the written consent of the Agency. Violation of this clause entitles the Agency to full commission on all diverted business.
Hajveri.com operates as an Independent Sourcing Agent. We do not manufacture, store, or ship the goods ourselves. Consequently, the Agency shall not be held liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, or brand damage resulting from manufacturing defects, labor strikes at the mill, or production delays caused by the third-party manufacturer.
Neither the Agency nor the Client shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties. This includes, but is not limited to: Natural disasters, pandemics, regional power outages (load shedding), port strikes, government export/import bans, or war. In such events, the Agency's obligations are suspended until the situation is resolved.
The Agency often handles sensitive Buyer information, including proprietary weave patterns, color palettes, and leather finishing techniques. Hajveri.com agrees to maintain strict confidentiality.
Note: While we enforce NDAs with our manufacturing partners, the Agency shall not be held legally liable for IP infringements committed independently by a third-party factory or tannery.
Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are in USD (United States Dollars). Due to the high volatility of the Pakistani Rupee (PKR), the Agency reserves the right to adjust quotes if the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% between the date of the quote and the date of the formal Purchase Order.
This Terms of Service, along with any specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) or Proforma Invoices, constitutes the entire agreement between Hajveri.com and the Client. It supersedes all prior oral or written negotiations. No modification to these terms shall be valid unless signed in writing by an authorized representative of Hajveri.com.

Hajveri.com (hereafter referred to as "The Agency") operates strictly as an independent facilitator and sourcing partner. We act as an intermediary between the Buyer (Client) and the Manufacturer (Mill/Tannery). Our role is to identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and oversee quality compliance.
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that the Agency is not the manufacturer of the goods. Therefore, any manufacturing defects, production delays, or mill-level failures are the ultimate responsibility of the producer, though the Agency will act as a mediator to resolve such disputes.
All fabric orders are managed based on the technical parameters provided at the time of booking. The following industry-standard variances apply:
The Agency verifies EPI (Ends Per Inch) and PPI (Picks Per Inch). A variance of ±3% in construction and ±5% in GSM (Grams per Square Meter) is considered acceptable within international textile standards for Ne7 to Ne100 counts.
Width measurements (ranging from 46" to 124") are taken in the "relaxed" state. Greige fabrics are subject to standard shrinkage unless otherwise specified as pre-shrunk.
Sourcing raw leather (Cow, Goat, Sheep) and Wet Blue skins involves natural organic materials. The Client agrees to the following specific terms:
The Agency provides pre-shipment inspection services. Our "Passed" status indicates that a representative sample of the lot has met the agreed-upon technical specs.
"The Agency is not liable for latent defects (hidden defects) that are not discoverable through standard visual or physical testing at the time of inspection."
Our agency commission is earned upon the successful facilitation of a contract. Unless otherwise agreed:
| Service Type | Billing Basis |
|---|---|
| Standard Sourcing | Percentage of Invoice Value (FOB/CNF) |
| Quality Audit Only | Flat Daily Rate + Travel Expenses |
| Leather Grading | Per Hide or Per Container Flat Fee |
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajveri.com shall not be held liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of profits or production delays. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Agency for the specific order in question.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform duties due to acts of God, strikes, port closures, or government-mandated textile export restrictions.
By continuing to use Hajveri.com or engaging our sourcing services, you agree to these Terms.
